Intellectual Property. All game content, including art, code, design, stories, and trademarks, is owned by Jupiter Heavy Space Inc. and protected by copyright law.
Use at Your Own Risk. This software is provided "as-is" without warranty. Jupiter Heavy Space Inc. is not liable for any data loss, bugs, crashes, or damage arising from gameplay.
Saves and Cloud. Game saves may be stored locally and, if you connect a cloud account, synchronized with Supabase. By using cloud saves, you agree to Supabase's privacy policy and terms of service.
Conduct. Automated accounts, bots, and scripting to gain unfair advantage are prohibited. Respect the spirit of the game and the time other players invest.
Changes. Jupiter Heavy Space Inc. reserves the right to update these terms, the game balance, or features at any time.
